Balázs Demény

Balázs Demény is the winner of the Hans von Bülow International Piano Competition (2015), the Carl Filtsch International Piano Competition, and second prize winner of the International Chopin Piano Competition (Budapest). He has been performing in some of the top concert halls and festivals: the Gasteig München, the Great Hall of the Palace of Arts Budapest, the Bucharest Atheneum, the Great Hall of The Budapest Liszt Academy, the Raiding Liszt Festival, the Budapest Spring Festival or the Milano World Exhibition. Japan’s most prestigious young pianistsʼ showcase, the Yokohama International Piano Concerts Series has selected him to perform in the 2016 series, where he performed Bartók’s IIIrd Piano Concerto and a Liszt- Bartók recital.

Előd Kostyák

Előd Kostyák was born in Cluj-Napoca, began his musical studies in his hometown, then moved to Bucharest and graduated at the Music Academy of Cluj-Napoca.

In 1990 he attended the master classes of Miklós Perényi and Csaba Onczay in Keszthely.

As a member of the Bartha Quartet he won the „Wilhelm Georg Berger Quartet Competition” held in Brașov in 1994 and the “Gheorghe Dima International Chamber Music Competition”.

Between 1994-1995 he spent 6 months in the master class of Sándor Devich at the Music Academy of Budapest.
